Upgrade Your Kyosho MP11 with Koswork Carbon Graphite Option Parts
Full Carbon Graphite Upgrade for Your Kyosho MP11 – The KOS04381 Series
The Kyosho MP11 is already a well-engineered 1/8 nitro buggy platform, but like any production car, it comes with plastic components in places where carbon graphite would make a noticeable difference. The KOS04381 series from Koswork covers 11 key upgrade positions — each one precision-machined from carbon graphite in Taiwan, and all direct replacements that go straight on without modification. Whether you’re building a full competition car or just targeting the areas that matter most, here’s what each part does and why it’s worth upgrading.

Servo Plates – Lock Your Servos in Place
Servo precision starts with a rigid mount. The KOS04381-01 Steering Servo Plate and KOS04381-03 Throttle Servo Plate are both machined from 3mm carbon graphite — lightweight yet significantly stiffer than plastic. When you’re running a high-torque steering servo, any flex in the mount translates directly into inconsistent steering response. These plates eliminate that flex, giving you the sharp, repeatable steering feel that high-torque servos are designed to deliver.

Steering Components – Sharper Front-End Response
The KOS04381-05 Steering Arm / Front Knuckle Plate Set (compatible with both -2 and stock front knuckle configurations) and the KOS04381-15 Steering Plate work together to tighten up the front-end steering geometry. Both are 3mm carbon graphite and replace the corresponding plastic parts directly. The result is a more connected, more precise steering feel — particularly noticeable in tight technical sections where input accuracy matters most.
Top Deck and Center Diff Plate – Chassis Rigidity Where It Counts
The KOS04381-07 Front Upper Plate / Top Deck is the thickest piece in the series at 5mm, reflecting how much load this section of the chassis carries. Upgrading to carbon graphite here reduces chassis twist under hard cornering and helps keep the front and rear suspension geometry consistent through bumps and compressions. Paired with the KOS04381-09 Center Diff Plate (3mm), which stiffens the area around the center differential, the two upgrades together help maintain more consistent power transfer from the center diff to both axles.

Arm Stiffeners – Reduce Flex, Improve Traction Consistency
Arm flex is one of the less obvious factors affecting handling consistency, especially on rough tracks. The KOS04381-11 Front Arm Stiffeners and KOS04381-13 Rear Arm Stiffeners are 1.5mm carbon graphite plates that bond to the top of the front and rear suspension arms, significantly increasing their resistance to flex. Both sets include high-quality gold hardened steel screws for installation. With stiffer arms, the suspension behaves more predictably over rough terrain, and your setup changes have a more direct and consistent effect on how the car handles.

Shock Towers – Keep Your Suspension Geometry Consistent
Plastic shock towers flex under load, which means your suspension geometry is changing every time the car compresses — not ideal when you’ve spent time dialing in your setup. The KOS04381-17 Front Shock Tower at 5mm and the KOS04381-19 Rear Shock Tower at 4mm replace the stock plastic towers with carbon graphite equivalents that hold their position under load. The result is a car that responds the same way corner after corner, giving you more confidence in your setup and more consistency in your lap times.

Rear Brace Stiffener – Rear-End Stability at Speed
The KOS04381-21 Rear Brace Stiffener Set adds 1.5mm carbon graphite reinforcement to the rear brace and strut area, improving rear-end stability particularly at high speed. On fast open tracks where the rear of the car is working hard through sweeping corners, this is one of the upgrades that helps keep the car planted and predictable.

All 11 parts in the KOS04381 series are precision CNC-machined in Taiwan and designed as direct replacements for the stock MP11 components — no modifications needed. Available through authorized Koswork distributors worldwide.
