Everything You Need to Build and Run an RC – Koswork KOS13216 & KOS13217 Tool Sets
Putting together a proper RC tool set from scratch takes more time than most people expect — finding tools that are the right size, the right quality, and actually work well together is a process. The KOS13216 and KOS13217 are complete tool sets built around the same lightweight composite tri handle, the same hardened tips, and the same set of tools a builder needs to cover everyday RC work from start to finish. With Hard Tool Box: KOS13216
The KOS13216 is a 10-piece set that comes with a hard tool box (KOS32116-2, 245×175×38mm) and a tool tray (KOS32102, 245×175×22mm). The box keeps everything contained and protected — good for the workbench at home, or for dropping into a drawer in your pit bag. Open the box, pull out what you need, put it back when you’re done. The tray sits inside the box and keeps all ten tools laid out flat so you can see them at a glance. If you want your tools in a solid, structured container that protects them during transport and storage, this is the set.
The ten tools included are four hex wrenches (1.5, 2.0, 2.5, 3.0mm), a 5.5mm nut driver for 3mm nuts, a 7mm wheel nut driver for 4mm nuts, Lexan body curved scissors, sprue/side/tire cutters, an aluminum hobby knife, and a turnbuckle wrench covering 3.2, 4, 5, 5.5, 7, and 8mm. All handles are the ergonomic 25mm diameter light tri handle with hardened tips. Made in Taiwan.
With Foldable Tool Bag and Parts Box: KOS13217
The KOS13217 is an 11-piece set that comes with a foldable tool bag (KOS32215, 285×180mm, with built-in parts box) instead of the hard box. The bag rolls or folds flat for storage and opens out to lay all tools visible at once — the format that suits builders who prefer working from a flat surface where everything is in front of them. The parts box inside the bag handles small hardware during a build session. The extra piece compared to the KOS13216 is a 168mm easy cleaning brush for getting into tight spaces on the chassis and drivetrain.
