The center has both turning and milling capabilities, the rotation can be stopped to allow for milling out of other shapes.  This allows for a wide range of shapes, sizes, and material types.  Shafts, hubs, driveshafts, shock bodies, posts and a lot of parts are made this way.  We machine quite many different material, such as titanium, aluminum, steel, plastic and brass.

Shock springs, tension springs, anti-roll bars, coil springs & all kinds of wires are what we normally manufacture.  Small qty production is also available.  Raw and un-coated ASTM spec spring wire is used to provide consistent spring rates.  Normally, we don’t using coating as it can affect the spring rate.

All kind of bags, cases, boxes and storage items are available for ODM/ODM services.  We design, make samples and manufacture bags for all kinds of usage.  Just tell us the features you need and we will do the rest.
